It would be great! Jensen would be a reporter determined to get the scoop of the lifetime on the mysterious and gorgeous new superheroine who's swept into town, and Jared would be dogged and quietly pining camera man. They would keep bumbling into Evil Mastermind Chad Michael Murray's evil clutches, and Danneel would swoop in and save the day. :D

I think it's definitely going to be a comm. The question at this juncture is just whether or not it would be a challenge purely devoted to J2 superhero fics, or if it would have different four month rounds of various genres. Like first round would be superheroes, and then space, and then spies, and then pirates or whatever. *g*

A third option would be making a "J2 Genre" comm or something like that, where every four months we pick a genre (like superhero or spy or space) and you have those four months to write and post a fic of whatever length whenever you like, and you can participate in each round as it suits you.

That sounds like the best idea IMO.
