It's not a "no"! It's just a "We'll see when prompts go up if anything grabs me."

Ask my wife, Coy. Something *always* grabs me. Usually like three things grab me. And I am not joking when I say that I write them all.

*chinhands* I'm not sure if this would be prompt based. I think it would run more along the lines of the prompt is superheroes. And then people just sign up and say, 'Yay! I'm going to write superhero fic.' And then I poke them until they write it and post it.

But how would a prompt system work?

Ah, see then it would be a no unless by some miracle a superhero plot bunny bit me in the ass by then, unlikely since I don't think much on super heroes.

I guess a prompt thing would work like...well, there's two ways:

1. You and any co-mods compile all the superhero stories you can think of into a list for claiming with little summaries of their general schtick and a clause stating that people can write other stuff, just to let you know what they're doing, etc.

2. Maybe two weeks before the challenge goes up, you make a prompt suggestion post where people drop of superhero stories they'd like to see J2-ized or maybe plot bunnies they would like to see written, then throw that list up for claiming.

That's just how most of the challenges I do are run, which is why I assumed there would be prompts, I can totally see it working without them, now that I think about it.

And LOL--I just thought of a J2 AU to the gay superhero in Queer as Folk and how cracktastic that would be. Still loling.

I don't think it would be a prompt system. Though there might be an ~inspiration post of some sort. I mostly just want to see what people can come up with.
