The boys needed Ellen as much as Bobby - she was the closest thing to a mother figure they've known (well, it's certainly true for Sam).
I agree completely.

I'm so conflicted over this episode, but I still love Show!

Me too! I loved the episode, but I hated this part, and overall, Show still owns my soul.
