You win points for your team by participating in the various challenges. We have 2-4 challenges a week, and they consist of writing, graphic, games, and random challenges. Some you just participate, some your entries are voted on, and whoever wins gets more points for your team. You can participate in as many- or as little- challenges as you like.

There's also team bonding, discussion posts, friending memes, etc. It's a good time, and I like to think [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] and I run it pretty smoothly.
