Yeah, I'm rewriting my big J2 fic I did awhile ago from Jensen's point of view. I can get all the parts where he's talking to characters who aren't Jared. But I don't know how to handle the parts where he's with Jared, because even though the interior decorating may be different, the landscaping is the same.

... I have no idea if that made any sense.

I feel the same way ... mostly because Jared wasn't really a reliable narrator because he was so effed in the head and not very stable emotionally. So I like the idea of going with how Jensen, who seemed so grounded, actually saw Jared like that. But yeah, I don't want to just recycle all the conversations - though obviously it'd be through a different point of view. Ugh.

Well, it got done. XD

And the remix- a remix is when someone takes your fic and makes it into a different one, except major elements of the original fic still remain. Kind of like looking at a story and going, "Well, if I'd written it, I would have written it like this."

What I'm doing is, awhile ago I wrote a J2 fic from Jared's pov, and someone made a comment about Jensen that made me wonder what he was thinking the whole time. So I idly commented back that it made me want to rewrite the thing from Jensen's pov. I was enabled, the idea ate my brain, and now I'm finally trying to actually write it. It's both easier and harder than I expected.
