Hey everybody! Sorry about the post last night. ): I just had a EVERYTHING BAD IS HAPPENING AT ONCE combined with I AM PRETTY DRUNK AND ALSO WITHOUT ANYONE TO CUDDLE RN kind of night. But earlier in the night was all kinds of wonderful! Thanks to everyone who commented. <3333[Poll #1759245]And even if there is no interest in doing some kind of support group, I am going to try to do at least weekly updates of my own goals/progress/lack of progress, etc. Because having an audience helps. :P

I have recently started doing just this, but I find the longer I've been at it, the more I cheat and I'm really only cheating myself, so I'm always up for it.


(Though what I do to trick myself into doing the recommended amount of working out is to split it in two small bursts. If I spend too long on my excercise bike, my butt goes totally numb but if I do like one small spurt of 15-30 minutes in the morning and one before bed, then I've gotten it done and don't feel like I wasted so much time up there.)

Exactly! I make promises to myself all the time, but they never really stick. So I think doing it with people may help.

Ah! That's a really good tip. I will have to steal it.
