I feel the same way. Long train rides are relaxing! Really long train rides means my mom looks at me dubiously when I get off and says, "Well, once you've taken a shower and combed your hair, you'll look less like a homeless person."

LMAO! I don't know who I feel more sorry- the girl or the waiter who's just had his entire world rocked.

But traveling as a vegetarian is a bitch. When we stopped at CD's relative's place during the Grand Canyon trip, she made us chicken stew and I just sat and stared at it and tried to pick around the chicken because I didn't want to be ~difficult.

The pin that the power jack plugs into snapped off. : / I would be very surprised if it were fixable, but I'm having someone look at it tomorrow, so we'll see.
