 Oh, so, I've been in LA the last couple days for my grandma's 80th birthday. Heeeey. I love/hate this city. 

Sorry for being such an awful friend lately. Unless you are familiardevil  and talking to me about soccer, I probably have not been talking to you. (And this includes real life friends and my parents because I suck.)

BUUUUUT! I did go see Jonah Hex (that superhero cowboy movie with Megan Fox) with my cousin my first day here. 

OMG GUYS THERE WAS SURPRISE!JDM.

I was just sitting in the theater, thinking about what kind of daemon John Winchester (Supernatural/HDM crossover mmmmm) would have when BOOM! JDM on my screen. I was all :O :O :O I DIDNT KNOW HE WAS IN THIS MOVIE. Hand to god I dissolved into giggles right there.

He was talking about how he had to do *awful thing* because his father ordered him too! And his father was their commander, so he had to listen.

Like watching JDM audition for the part of Dean Winchester. Which I guess makes Josh Brolin Sam? They were definitely having a ~moment. 

The rest of the movie was, idk, ridiculous? Megan Fox was probably one of the best actors in it. The scene in President Grant's office with the eldest Bluth brother is fucking hilarious, and probably unintentionally so. There are lots of explosions and rock music riffs and you already know how it ends, the question is just what the civilian body count will be. 

And then my cousin and I did some stuff and went to a party where there was a midget playing beer pong. I know this is disrespectful to note and I'm being rude right now. But it was just so surreal. 

Related note! Why are most of the people I know in LA semi-dating drug dealers?

Um. Um. Um. Right before i left for LA, both the latest apocalypse of spnland  AND the SPN Femmeslash Exchange got wrapped up. I am going to pimp the shit out of spnland  later, but y'all should seriously go check out the Femmeslash Exchange. We got 50 wonderful gifts- fics, art, and fanmixes. The next round is coming up pretty soon, too, since familiardevil  and I have decided to move our exchange schedule around. :)

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN OF THE JURY, I AM IN LOVE.

But not with some stupid boy or girl. 

As you may or may not know, familiar and I have been watching the World Cup together and betting on certain teams. Then one day we we were watching Brazil play and were all, "Hey, that guy is fine!" And then "OMG Him too!"

Those players were Kaka and Nilmar. And even though I know nothing about them, I ship. the. fuck. out. of. them. I know they both 1) are hot and 2) play for the Brazilian national team. Apparently this is enough to ship them.

So familiar and I created this epic verse for them and started including other soccer players and surprise children and Adrianne Palicki and decapitating sharks as a past time. This is pretty much how I spent my day. 

BUT OMG YOU GUYS THIS PAIRING IS LIKE BEING ON SPEED. I AM SO UP RIGHT NOW AND FAMILIAR HAS ALREADY WRITTEN FIC (at our private comm, sorry guys ): ) AND THEN SHE MADE A MIX FOR THEIR EPIC LOVE AND IT IS SO PERFECT OMG. 

Speaking of soccer, I am so worried about America's chance to advance. The ref made such an awful call in the Slovenia game, that even in my Nilmar/Kaka haze of bliss I feel myself getting angry.

DO IT DO IT DO IT. I figured Dean would have a wolf that sometimes manages to look like a big, playful dog. And Sam would have a raven/crow or something like that. AND THEY WOULD BE ALLOWED TO TALK TO EACH OTHER'S DAEMONS BECAUSE THEY ARE SOULMATES. And Sam's daemon is able to fly far away from him, the way witches' do and she would visit Dean and his daemon while Sam was at Stanford and be all, "He does miss you. Don't believe for a minute that he doesn't."

I think the angel think would toast them. Like, you know how Raphael's vessel was zapped when he wasn't inside of him (thank God we forgot about that weird ass stipulation after the one episode it was in)? That's what happens to people when they've been possessed by an angel, because it kills their daemon. But with demons, the demon controls the daemon, even though it's ust as angry in there as the meatsuit. Only, if a little kid with an unsettled daemon is possessed, it will change into whatever suits the daemon, which is a great way for hunters to spot demon possessed kids, and one of the reasons only really sick puppies like Lilith possess kids in that universe.

How about the daemons disappear while the angel is in there, because they have so much control over the person that it really is like the person isn't in there anymore (unless you're SAM MOTHERFUCKING WINCHESTER), but only the arch angels that leave their vessels drooling messes zap the daemons for ever and ever dead. I think I actually read a fic like this once, a crossover with HDM and it was Wincest too. It was pre-season 3, I think. Possession didn't work that well, because it was easy to tell if a person was possessed because the daemon would flicker or something. And Dean selling his soul was sealed with the crossroads demon doing something to the daemon. I can't remember what but I remember it left Dean feeling very, very unsettled.
